mobs arent dropping quest item needed for Noble Quest(Possessor of a Precious Soul 3) im at the part where they let u choose which 1 you want to kill.. Either Kill Barakiel or kill Fang Of Splendor, Wailing of Splendor, Crown of Splendor, and Signet of Splendor to collect 100 Staff Fragments..i killed 20-30 and got no staff fragment..

At this time it is possible to do the Noble Quest by defeating Barakiel.
