Rules for Posting Problems

Hello Fellow Players,
Please use the following legend in accordance with this post to help us identify problems in the server or website.

[Connect Issue] = Trouble logging in or problems with login server not allowing players get to their accounts in game.

[Server Down] = Let's us know the server has gone down without our knowledge. Even though we have backup power and data centers anything can happen. We get notified of these posts frequently and might be the quickest way to get it back online. Also, please check the news on here if the web and server are both down. This could just be scheduled maintenance.

[Stuck] = Your character has gotten stuck and would not unstuck. This usually never happens but once in a blue moon might. An admin would log in and unstuck your character manually. Again, probably will never happen but there is a 1/10000 chance that it might depending on where you are in the game.

[Bug] = Issue with something in the server that does not act properly. IE: Shop will not sell item purchased with correct amount of exchange item.

[Skill] = Skill missing, not working properly and all Skills related problems. Keep in mind skills may not act the same as retail or other servers due to modification but it never hurts to inquire.

[Website] = Any issues related to the Website. Page not loading, website down, rankings unavailable and so forth. Make positively sure to post anything related to the Coin shop ASAP!

[Unknown] = Please post this if you have a problem that isn't defined in any of the above categories. An admin will change it to the appropriate one as soon as it is posted to our alerts.

Example of a Title For Topic: [Website] Will not load my characters
Another Example: [Skill] Vampiric Rage will not work when I press the button

We need these topics to be like this so other players can find solutions and or see the progress of the work on a current problem without reposting for the same issue. A lot of times another player might be able to help you without you having to post anything with a simple note on a post already made.

Please follow these guidelines when posting. If you do not we will have to remove them to keep an orderly tracker through the forum.
